This weave takes its name from Berwick-upon-Tweed, one of the Scottish Borders locations where William Morris stopped during his expedition to Iceland. Pure Berwick Weave is a luxurious, heavy twill fabric which has a beautiful drape but is also suitable for contract upholstery.
