Order Processing Time

Once your order is received we will process this within 24 hours and shall endeavour to ship within the time frame quoted when receiving the order.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at the check-out and are based upon the weight and size of the item ordered and destination country. For overseas deliveries and most UK deliveries we use third party carriage companies (such as DHL). The delivery by these companies is to your house but not into your house (as they are not permitted to enter your home). As we are shipping from the UK then for overseas deliveries we are not able to deliver into the home or offer a 'white-glove' delivery service. Our shipping costs therefore reflect this and this is what the shipping service is.

Local Options/Collections

We are unable to offer a local collection option for goods purchased. This is because many of our goods are sourced from our suppliers outside of our own location and consequently to expedite delivery we will ship directly to the customer.

Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number where by you can then track your shipment at: https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/tracking.html

You will be able to amend the delivery of your order directly with DHL and if you have supplied a mobile number with your order then a link will be sent by text allowing you to track and amend the delivery of your order.
