Prices
Although every care has been taken in the preparation of the content of this website, all prices are guide prices only and any information is subject to change without notice.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% of total invoice value is required when placing an order. This deposit is non-refundable.
Payment of Balance
The balance will be due once the goods are ready for delivery. No goods will be despatched until the balance has been paid.
Delivery
Estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 weeks upon receipt of deposit. If the delivery estimate should change, then we shall notify you of any amendment. Customers should ensure that there is suitable access for the delivery of goods. In the event of any delay caused by late balance payment or unsuitability of delivery access then we reserve the right to levy a charge for our storage costs.
Colour
Our furniture is hand finished and therefore colour may vary slightly from one piece to another. Every effort is made to ensure consistency.
Fabric
Customers are welcome to provide their own fabric and we can provide suggestions and style examples. Where a customer provides their own fabric then this should comply with current fire retardancy regulations. Delivery estimates will be from the date a customer supplies their own fabric.
