Gustavian's focus is on hand finished quality hand made furniture. We utilise experienced traditional craftsmen who preserve the tradition of Gustavian furniture making as evident for example in dovetailed drawers and our hand painted finishes.

Paint finishes can be selected from our standard range of colours where by each furniture piece can be individually painted in its own colour. We also offer antique paint finishes and depending upon the item ordered can introduce a second colour to highlight moulding or carving detail.

Whilst most pieces are of a standard size we can nevertheless custom size certain pieces or modify aspects of the furniture to better suit your needs.

We use a range of traditional antique brass fittings though can substitute these for your own style if this is preferred or alternatively use chrome plated fittings to provide a more contemporary look.
